因为TV是一个实质的物体,为了区分,才有这样的说法：
on TV是指在电视上听到,看到的节目.
on the TV是表示空间位置是在电视机上的,通常没有介词的都表示稍微特殊一些的意思.
而radio是无线电波,所以没必要去掉the；
比如说 on the book和in the book的介词用法也是不一样的,因为book是实质物体.
