1. This is a control system of the Saudi Business Department specifically for the local Chinese Enterprises; the aim is mainly to control the risks of letter of guanrantee (LG), as well as a system and policy for resolving the problems of disorderly competitions, low-price bid winning, breach of contracts by the Chinese enterprises in the Saudi markets for the past decade.
2. This system and policy had been approved by the Ministry of Commerce; this system is slightly different from other regions/countries, but it should be complied with by all the Chinese enterprises constructing engineering projects in Saudi Arabia.
