嗯,我N年前国内英语六级通过,IELTS7.0最近又8.0通过,现在在国外生活两三年,有没有这样的用法,我想我比你更清楚.
如果你不确定有没有我这种表达,就请随便在英文的google里边搜索一下.
还有我说can是实意动词了吗?我说的是can后边跟的那个call,你还没看明白请先别激动,嗯.
还有就是这里不存在什么谁高明谁不高明的问题,这里是来解决问题的,不是起哄的!
另外“胡说八道”和“自己打自己嘴巴”这些涉嫌人身攻击的词儿最好别用,因为这不但说明你的人品很问题,而且很可能最后说的就是你自己.

不过这样的句子不论怎么改都像中国式英语。你可以表达成英语的习惯：If you are free,you can call me.这样说就没有问题了。外国人可以听懂。
