Something unexpected always happens.The heavy snow on Thursday night disturbed our plan.Everybody tried to take the first bus to go to the company,but they were still late.Thank God that the boss had not arrived yet,maybe due to heavy traffic.Everybody organized their stuff and then went to the conference room one by one,sat down,and waited for the boss.

1.原文中的“到的单位”看不懂,应该是“到达单位”吧?
2.“紧赶慢赶”不知道是什么意思,因此没译.
3."Due to heavy traffic" = “由于交通堵塞”.

Something unexpected may happen any time!A heavy snow in Thursday disturbed our former plan. Although everybody tried to catch the first bus to reach the company, they were all late at last.However, it is not too bad, because the boss was not present,either.It might be for the reason of traffice jam.Everybody came into the conference room in order afteing clearing up one's own matters, sitting to wait for the boss.
