- Not at all / Of course not.
意思一样,没有区别.
你帮助了别人，别人说非常感谢，你说不用感谢，这时候必须用not at all ，不能用of course not。
别人问你喜不喜欢某件东西、吃的、玩的时候，必须用of course not（当然不喜欢）。
希望你满意
not at all 是一点也不。
of course not是当然不，当然不会，主要是看not 后面省略的是什么了。
