Frankly speaking ,i don't think some cultures are superior or inferior to others.Because all types of different cultures have its own characterisitics,there has no standerd to judge which one is good or another is wrong .In my point of view ,we should accpet each advantage of the culture around the world.
Obviously we can,always media channels can covey a macro circumastance of a country .But we should realise that media channels often works for the government ,sometimes they beautify the harness of the government .So if you want to know the common life about the country maybe learning things in person is a good choice.
