我们现在已经是信息化时代，从1984年第一台多媒体电子计算机诞生，到1993年美国政府提出建设“信息高速路”，再到今天，已经发生了巨大的变化。现代科技产物“电脑”是我们常用的物品，可以上网。但是上网好不好引起了我们的争辩，我今天的观点就是小学生上网好处多。
网络资源可谓数不胜数，是现代的标志。我们21世纪的小学生难道只读圣贤书，不闻天下事吗？我们应该多上网去了解更多的信息与知识。我们都说玩游戏使我们迷恋上游戏，但是玩游戏成功时，会让我们知道不断的求新，这能说玩游戏不好吗？网络的好处如下：
其一是上网可以了解世界新闻，扩大我们的知识范围。
其二是玩游戏可以人际互动。
其三是可以通过QQ与远方的亲友进行交流。
虽然网络也有坏处，但是，打比方说，你吃鱼，被鱼刺卡住了，你能说鱼不好吃吗？你玩电脑，能使我们受不良信息的侵害，那你能说电脑不好了么？网络有坏处，那是我们自制力不强，所以我们要加强我们的自制力，以防被电脑给毒害了。我最后送上一句话，你写沉迷于网络黑洞里的同学们，当你们坐在电脑前，手握鼠标时，请先调整好自己的心态，而不是被他所控制，所奴役。
