2）这两个句子虽然用which或that都可以连接,但用which的表达更加正规一些.具体可以写成：
...,but we regret to say that we have found some discrepancies,which are not in conformity with the terms stipulated in our Contract No.012.
用which修饰上文提及的dicrepacies不符点,说明这些不符点与合同所规定的条款不一致.
