I believe illness can far from people,now,many people get ill easily.and the illness spread over the people.why is this because many of them don not have a healthy life .they do not do sports often or never do sports.and they do n ot keep a balancd diet.they eat many rich food and seldom eat fruit or vegetables...all of these cause them to be ill.so many doctors has advised us to get healthy .and many other people has known the importence of staying healthy.and they dance or run everyday..many of them say they are strong .there is a smile in everybody ,s face.I believe illness can far from people in the future!我写的够费劲的了吧!为了写这我花了很长时间；
