any此时的用法有两种：
1、在否定句或者疑问句当中与不可数名词或者可数名词复数连用
比如：Are there any stamps in that drawer?那抽屉里有邮票吗?
I didn't eat any meat.我一点儿肉也没吃.
2、与可数名词单数连用,表示与同类的这样的好多事物在一起,但不具体强调这类事物中的某个具体的个体,“任一”.
比如：Any color will do.任何一种颜色都行.
这个结构强调的是除了句子主语本身之外的“任何一个”， 当然是接 单数 名词了。
因为any用于肯定句表示“任何一……”，所以后面只能用单数了
